| Other charges | Internet connection and data charges are your responsibility. The Site charges nothing beyond the subscription price. |
| Payment methods | Credit / debit cards and other methods offered on the Stripe checkout page (payment processing by Stripe). Card details are never sent to or stored by the Site. |
| Payment timing | The first payment is charged when you subscribe. Thereafter the monthly plan renews and is charged every month, and the yearly plan every year, on the renewal date. |
| Delivery | Premium features are available immediately after payment is completed (you need to be signed in for them to appear). |
| Cancellation | Cancel at any time from the account page (/account) via “Manage subscription”. Premium remains active until the end of the current billing period and no further charges are made. No pro-rated refunds are given for the remainder of a period. |
| Returns & refunds | As a digital service, returns and refunds for change of mind are not accepted in principle. However, if you were charged twice due to a fault on our side, or the service was not provided after payment, contact us and we will refund the full amount. |
| System requirements | A current version of a modern browser (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Edge, etc.) on desktop, phone or tablet, with JavaScript and cookies enabled. |
| Special conditions | This is a recurring subscription. Until cancelled it renews automatically on the renewal date (monthly: the same day each month; yearly: the same day each year) at the price in effect at that time. Price changes are announced on the Site in advance, and existing subscribers keep their current price until their next renewal. See the Terms of Use, “Paid plan (Premium)” for details. |
