Brothers - A Tale of Two Sons is a co-op puzzle-adventure where the brothers speak only an invented language. With dialogue carrying no real meaning, the score has to carry the whole story. I dig into Gustaf Grefberg's 2013 original and Daniele Carmosino & Christof Unterberger's 2025 remake score, reading both through two thumbsticks and the idea of counterpoint — something any composer can steal.
